There is no "I" in this line of work, everybody is needed in the process, from the start till the finish. Preparations are key but no guarantee , without teamwork nothing gets done.

Strategy
Before commencing the work, preparation is the key. From top till bottom, all are required to make it a succes. When we come on board, we try in the best effort to go through the plans, input on details are being discussed and tackled. Starting the actual process with sufficient hold points to keep everybody focused and on top of all details.
